Human Nature

Everyone has a different take on human nature. I believe that everyone is born with the intention of surviving. A person's default personality is to do whatever it takes to survive and the rest all depends on how they are raised and the experiences they go through. Someone who is raised with manners and has been taught the difference of right and wrong, shown generosity, love, and respect is most likely going to be a great person. On the other hand, a child that is neglected, beat, not shown the correct way to act, does not know the difference between right and wrong is most likely to be a "bad" kid.  But, there always are a few exceptions. There are some people who are just mean and rude and there are people who are naturally kind and respectful. In my opinion, it all depends on which one choses to act on the light or the dark. Although in a survival situation, you switch to your default, do whatever it takes to survive.

My parents and mu experiences led me to these beliefs. I was raised to be respectful and do my best to be kind, so I am. Most of the time. I have had good and bad experiences but I have learned that I enjoy the good rather than the bad. People learn things from both sides. Like I said, it all rides on the specific person's shoulders. Whatever they choose is how they will be. I firmly believe that no matter what kind of person you may be, you will do anything to survive.
